The property comprises circa 750m2 of high end office and a ground and basement retail space. The project involved an enabling works package involving significant demolition in readiness for the main works.
The works involved the demolition of the existing core, rear façade extension complete new facades and roofing together with a high end CAT A fit out to the office floor plates. The level of structural works and modifications within this tight site required careful planning and management throughout. In addition, it sat next to a listed building.
