Since 2001, Aaron Tomsett has been providing Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to clients throughout the United Kingdom and Australia. In 2014, Aaron opened our UK office and has seen rapid growth to workload and staff numbers. Prior to opening Costplan Services (South East) Ltd, Aaron previously worked as an office manager for a Quantity Surveying company in Brisbane, Australia as well as Laing O’Rourke’s cost planning unit, Insite. Aaron provided Insite with cost advice of varying detail to aid the company leaders in decision making. Projects ranged from high level feasibility cost plans to detailed cost plans built up from principle. Aaron worked within Laing O’Rourke’s Commercial team on the £73m City Inn Hotel development adjacent Fenchurch Street Station.
