RACHEL YAN

Rachel joined Costplan Group in June 2021 as a Cadet Quantity Surveyor in the Queensland office

after her graduation of Master of Construction of Practice (Professional) at Bond University. She has

been exposed to varies of projects and sections such as educational, commercial, residential both in

pre-contract stages and post-contract stages.

Rachel is in AIQS YQS Committee which supports AIQS members/students to advance their skills and

expand their networks via site visit, educational events and networking functions.

Rachel is keen to get involved in sustainable projects and currently she is preparing her MRICS

assessment. Her passion is working as a professional quantity surveyor to deliver projects to a highstandard quality
